My Bio
I am a freelance illustrator, designer & portrait painter, including pencil, pen & ink drawing and painting, as well as acrylics, oils and some computer graphics work. I work in both black & white and color and have also worked in clay and plaster sculpture, costume design & construction, make-up design and application, and knitting design and manufacture. I am particularly interested in children's book illustrations, fantasy and other fictional literature, but I am open and interested in any new ideas and markets that become available. We were one of many who flooded the night of Memorial Day, 2015. The currents that run through a house filling with water leaves very odd things in very odd places. I found a packet of taco seasoning on the floor of the computer room, on the opposite side of the house. And one of the many plastic storage bins we have scattered all over the house had been deposited in the front hallway. The real mystery of that particular bin is that I have absolutely no idea where it had been previously. The bin had tumped over and almost everything inside was wet. It was mostly paperwork and old, outdated records that probably should have been shredded
